I've come to believe a great day has these components in it:
1. Exercise 2. Stretching (or yoga) 3. Meditation 4. Play 5. Reading 6. Writing 7. Connecting with the people you love 8. Moving your greater mission forward Would you remove or add anything to this list?

Hi Jonathan ! , Maybe , would be important to do, is stay positive when you wake up, this would be the first step.
