I was forced to return to Trinidad. In a deep state of depression and anxiety.
Your show helped me. You don't seem greedy and that's refreshing. Thnx.

Daisy, Thank you for reaching out. And thank you for the positive feedback on the show. I try my best to be authentic, insightful, and accurate.
I'm sorry to hear about your depression and anxiety. I understand what both feel like. It's OK to feel that way in this time. Your body and mind are trying to protect you. The dangerous thing about these states, however, is that they make us inclined to isolate more, when reaching out is the best remedy.
You probably have friends who are in similar positions. Would you consider reaching out to a different friend every day with a video call to hear their struggles and share your own?
